1. Ayam kuning: Bumbu haluskan : bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri, jahe (sedikit), laos (sedikit) sereh (sedikit) daun jeruk, kunyit dan garam Ayam potong-potong rebus bersama bumbu, setelah akan matang beri daun bawang dan saos ikan
2. Ati dan ampela Rebus ati dan ampela dengan daun jeruk, garam dan sereh sd setengah matang, kemudian goreng kering
