Bahan: 1 kg ayam (dibersihkan dan dipot kecil-kecil sesuai selera, lumuri garam dan perasan jeruk nipis, diamkan 20 menit kemudian goreng hingga matang dan kecoklatan).
300 ml minyak goreng (untuk menggoreng) garam secukupnya 500gr tomat merah (rebus hingga layu, angkat dan kuliti dan dicacah halus) 4 bh bwg merah (diiris) 3 siung bwg pth (diiris) 3 bh cabe hijau (dapat dikurangi sesuai selera, diiris 2 cm) 1 btg daun bawang (dipotong kasar) 2 lbr daun salam 1 bh serei (ambil putihnya) gula sedikit
Cara: Tumis bwg merah dan pth hingga hrm tambahkan cabai hijo, daun bwg,salam dan tomat cacah,serei dan ayam yg sdh digoreng, bubuhi gula dan garam dan terus masak hingga kuah kental dan meresap.
